Mix up your typical charcuterie spread with this CharcuTREE tutorial this holiday season! Using some of my go-to cheese (um, hello, manchego!), you’ll be impressing your friends in no time at this year’s Christmas Party!

What You’ll Need:
- Wood charcuterie board (bonus points if you use a tree shaped board!)
- Cutting Board
- Cheese Wire
- Paring Knife
- Star & Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter
Ingredients:
- 5 oz Manchego
- 4 oz Havarti
- 8 oz of Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
- 8 slices of Hard Salami
- 4 Strawberries
- 12 Blueberries
- 3 Sprigs of Rosemary
- 3 Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Instructions:
- Grab your favorite wood charcuterie board, ideally rectangular, but some shops may have tree shaped boards! Bonus points to you for using one.
- Slice your Manchego using a cheese wire into 14 triangles.
- Use a Star & Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter to cut your Havarti shapes.
- Slice your Goat Cheese using a cheese wire into 9 slices.
- Fold each slice of Hard Salami in half twice.
- Arrange your tree in the following order and amounts: (bottom to top!)
- 5 slices of Manchego
- 4 slices of Goat
- 3 slices of Hard Salami
- 4 slices of Manchego
- 3 slices of Goat
- 3 slices of Hard Salami
- 3 slices of Manchego
- 2 slices of Goat
- 2 slices of Hard Salami
- 2 slices of Manchego
- Add your Harvarti Star on top & decorate your tree with the remaining ingredients!
