Food Allergy & Dietary Preference Policy

Bellevue Boards will do our best to accommodate for all allergies and dietary preferences. You are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition.

All Bellevue Boards products are prepared and processed in a facility with the risk of exposure to potential allergens. Therefore, customers with extreme sensitivities and allergies should exercise personal judgement when consuming.

(May contain: milk, eggs, wheat, soy bean, peanuts or tree nuts). 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date, a full refund will be provided.

If you cancel your order 2-4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded.

If you cancel your order 0-1 day prior, you are ineligible for a refund.

Late Pick Up Policy

If you are running late for your order pick up window:
Please call 401-314-8455 to alert us of your delay. We will do our best to accommodate, however, late pick ups can not always be guaranteed and will be treated as a cancelled order. 

Delivery Policy

If you are not home at the time of delivery:
No worries! Just know that we will leave your order on your door step. It is your responsibility to bring in your order in a timely manner, especially in inclement weather. You can also leave a cooler outside of your home to plan in advance.

Charcuterie Class Policy

 

Hold Harmless Agreement:
In consideration of being permitted by Bellevue Boards, LLC to participate in the Bellevue Boards Charcuterie Class Experience, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of my participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Bellevue Boards, LLC and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation in said activity.

 

Food Allergies & Sensitivities:
Please contact us at least one week in advance if you have food allergies or sensitivities. You are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability, but please understand that menus are prepared in advance, and last-minute changes are generally not accommodated. Additionally, due to the nature of the Bellevue Boards, LLC kitchen, it is not a 100% allergen free environment. Reactions due to food allergies and sensitivities are included as risks associated with classes.

 

Photo Waiver:
I hereby grant Bellevue Boards, LLC all rights and consent to copyright, use, re‐use, publish or re‐publish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for the Bellevue Boards, LLC website and any Bellevue Boards, LLC educational, training or promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.

Charter Tabasco Partnership Policy:

Weather:
Bellevue Boards will make weather-based decisions to determine what container is best to serve The Tabasco Board in. Boards will be served in either a re-useable container whenever possible to reduce our environmental impact. Should weather look questionable, boards will be served on a disposable palm leaf tray by chance the cruise is cancelled and guests can take their board order to go, without having to return the re-useable container. 
Cancellation:
Bellevue Boards will follow our Cancellation Policy as stated above for customer cancellations. Should the cruise get cancelled by the Charter Tabasco team prior to the cruise date, a full refund will be provided. Should the cruise get cancelled by the Charter Tabasco day-of, boards are non-refundable.
